{"2730929":[["December 13, 2025","Berdasarkan adanya selisih angka antara BL dengan SFAL (R1) yang melebihi batas toleransi ( >0.10 % ) terlampir di dokumen NOD, dan telah dilakukan pengukuran serta perhitungan ulang bersama Surveyor, Loading Master dan Officer kapal, didapat angka yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan agnka hasil perhitungan awal, justru cenderung turun. dengan kondisi trim yang sama (Draft ; F=5.20, A=5.70, T=0.50 m), hal tersebut karena;\n1. Kapal tidak bisa dibuat even keel (dikarenakan kapal sudah dalam kondisi melengkung\/ sagging). \n2. Tidak adanya Proses line displesment (pengisian line) sebelum loading sehingga tidak bisa memastikan kondisi line tersebut terisi penuh atau hanya ada isi. hanya bisa melihat dari sight glass yang berada diujung line dermaga sebelum hose, serta dengan membuka krangan \/ sample di dermaga.\nMaka dengan kesepakatan bersama, angka yang digunakan tetap menggunakan angka pada perhitungan pertama.\nDemikian Pernyataan ini kami buat dengan sebenarnya dan digunakan sebagaimana mestinya.","","","KASEFF"]]}
